I had a bad experience with Fix Auto Cartierville. My portable tire inflator air compressor disappeared in my car. The manager of this garage tries at all costs to put doubt in my head. He shows me a video of the car as it enters the repair shop. But, he did not show me the video where the damaged bumper was removed from the rear of the vehicle. Be vigilant when in this moment of distress and stress, when you unfortunately find yourself at Fix Auto to drop off your damaged vehicle. Because there is no tracking of your personal belongings left in your vehicle.

After bringing your car to my insurance company's service center, the repairs were carried out at that workshop. I am more than satisfied with the repairs, quality of work and paint job, impeccable work looks better than new. The only flaw is the delay of 2 weeks but very reasonable because they had not yet received the parts. Well done and thank you to the entire Fix Auto Cartierville team!!

Courteous welcome. Left my car for installation of new bumper following collision. Courtesy car ready for my arrival. Impeccable work and self-cleaned inside and out. Only downside: terrible delays. 1 month to obtain an appointment to carry out the work, then 2 weeks to install the new bumper. I recommend.

They had good customer service. I had a little boost issue when pickup the car. The boost the car and I was able to get back home. The next day my car wouldn't start. I called them to see what's happening because I never had any issue with starting my car. The owner was actually really nice. He came to my place and booster my car. He informed me that since it was the original battery and I don't use my car often it may have died while waiting for the replacement. Overall, I had a great experience!Service: Body & Trim

Beware FRAUDERS! We had a basic exterior aesthetic part repaired and when we took the car back, it no longer worked afterwards and had to be boosted on site before leaving which NEVER happened before, even though the battery was new. Is there a parts theft? Replace my new battery with an old one? Does not respond when we try to resolve the situation with them which is even more doubtful. To avoidService: Body & Trim
