The worst garage I have ever seen.
It took them almost 5 months to replace a bumper, a fender, a wheel and redo the alignment.
A week after picking up my vehicle, the wheel was still not replaced, the repairs were poorly done and the interior was dirtier than before, there was trash left by them.
They promised to call me back to finish the repairs, but I got no call and had to go through my insurance to contact them after several emails and calls.
They kept my vehicle for another week, without changing the wheel and tire again!
TLDR: After four meetings over 5 months, everything was finally done. Result: incorrectly installed fender and bumper, late alignment which prematurely wore out my tires, incorrectly installed valve which deflated the tire. I almost lost a new tire without the intervention of another garage.
I used three courtesy cars: two without gas and one sold while I was using it, which I had to exchange. In addition, for each appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour to initiate the service, including courtesy. Never seen before.

Where to start ... I had an accident back in July due to the extreme weather, I called my insurance to find me a garage in their network, they recommended that one. Went there to get the estimate, they were quick to return the amount to the insurance company and I got everything rolling. I was told by my adjuster they would call me, I waited a full month before I decide to go in and ask, they were surprised told me that my "file was closed", only an admin error right? We are now in August.
Give them a chance, they said they would call me when they got the parts. Another few weeks pass by, call my insurance asking what is going on, get a call back from the garage, went over there the lady at the counter said she tried to call me multiple times, that a lie. I had one missed call that I returned immediately, that another red flag. We are at the end of September, they told me they dont have all the parts but at least i can drive the car, they fixed some of the stuff. That when they started to ask about the insurance check, they want it NOW. Insurance told me to only give it at the end only, I even called my rep about that and he told me so. They didn't insist but they really wanted it.
I had to wait, call back, drop the car fix some stuff, I did that twice during November and December. In December I called ask if everything would be repaired, I was assured EVERYTHING would be fixed before Christmas. A lot of things were repaired and somehow I decided to trust them by giving them the check and my deductible I had good faith that they would fix the car before Christmas but no.. it's not done. I got my car back from the 3rd wave of repair, went to pick it up, battery is dead, how long my car has been sitting there?
One of my tire got destroyed in the accident, I was told that there is no way they can only replace one tire, I understand it's not good to not have all 4 tire in the same condition but I didn't care. I paid for insurance to cover all damaged part, I want my tire. They didn't want.
Since then mostly radio silence, we are in March, no calls, just nothing. I gave up. I'm tired of going there, I will not return, I feel stupid by trusting them and giving them the check. After all of that, they got the money good for them, GOT ME! You win. You wore me down.

Personalized, attentive and courteous service. The owner Gilles drove me back to Tim Horton's while I had my oil and tire change. Then, when I returned my car was spotlessly clean inside and out in addition to answering all my questions about electric cars, even if they don't sell them themselves, simply to answer my questions on the subject.
Fix-auto Lachine has served me several times since the accident I had last year and each time I am delighted by the quality of the service. I highly recommend them.

Employees doesn’t provide accurate information regarding the time frame they will get the car fix. I was told my car will get fix by mid October cause they are still waiting to receive the parts they ordered and when I called them again by the end of October, they said didn’t order them yet. And I have to wait until the end of November or early December to get my car fix.
