Not sure who is running this place now but the service is beyond mediocre! They were paid by the insurance in March 2024, only took the car end of August and we were give filthy loaner with a busted muffler…from Monday to Thursday nothing was done to the car!! They had it sent to another location in Dorval to be fixed (we were told 3 days to repair) we asked they change the loaner…they provided another one, this time the rear brake disc were worn out!! It took another 8 business days to get the car fixed!! Total of 13 days!! This is completely ridiculous! A complete crap show, and lack of competence! Iwill be suggesting to the Insurance Company to stop dealing with this location.

I am removing this company from my favorites.
The service I have received there lately has been terrible and I refuse to let anyone waste their time and money here.
To do this course, you are dealing here with a team uninterested in offering quality service. I had to go back three times to make sure the work on my vehicle was done properly. The stupidest part of all this is that they told me they saw the work poorly done but they preferred to bring me in for nothing and waste my time. This is absolutely ridiculous!
Also, be very careful with the courtesy vehicle they lend you because they are very poorly maintained and dangerous. Ended tires that could kill or seriously injure you, your family or a road user. Oil changes exceeded by more than 20,000km which is a time bomb. Noisy wheel bearing on the edge of grabbing or losing a wheel. A big zero for safety!
Finally, speaking of finish, the quality of the carwash they deal with is disgusting. Armor All on the driver's mat and on the steering wheel, which makes your feet or hands slip and will not give you any chance of reaction if necessary. Your vehicle's windshield washes with dirty water, obstructing your view and dazzling you when it gets too much sun. It's terrible!
...I feel that the safety and satisfaction of their customer is clearly important to them.

Ok job, but customer service was horrible. Coordination with insurance has been a nightmare. Giving out twisted information to insurer. Never again!

In December 2023, I was in a collision that was not my fault. My insurer gave me a list of garages they did business with and I chose Fix Auto Pierrefonds, because it was the closest to my home.
On March 11, I took the vehicle to the garage to carry out repairs, namely changing the front bumper, the front right wing as well as the hood. It is currently June 30, 2024 and I still do not have my vehicle. Every time I call for news, either they don't know who I am and have difficulty finding my vehicle, or they tell me that the parts are on order and now, for more than 6 weeks , I am told that the vehicle is at the dealership for calibration.
This is completely ridiculous.
When I call, I am told that the vehicle will be ready the next day, but that is never the case. I feel like someone is telling me this to get rid of me. They have had my vehicle for almost 4 months and I still can't believe it can take so long to carry out repairs and/or calibration.
This is big nonsense!!
I do not recommend this garage to anyone.

I got my car back two days ago. The right front daytime running light no longer works and there was paint in the passenger window. So I went back to Fix Auto. They removed the paint in the window, but for the right front headlight, they told me that it was the dealer's fault who didn't do their job correctly and that I had to wait for a call from them in order to take a rv and have everything sorted. It seems to me that when your car spends 4 months in the garage to be repaired, you expect it to come back in good condition, no worse than it was before you brought it to the garage!! Two days later, still no news from Fix Auto or Volks to resolve the problem. I will fight until someone takes responsibility, even if I have to call every day.

I concur with the negative reviews. On each visit, my name seems to elude their records. Despite waiting for over four months, there's been no follow-up whatsoever. The service is shockingly poor, to say the least. Recently, I scheduled an appointment to drop off my car, only to find my information misplaced once again. Initially promised a three-day turnaround, it's now extended to a daunting two weeks. Their paper management is utterly chaotic. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.

Worst body shop ever. If they worked as hard as they lied they would have been amazing. They had my car for 3months and never started working on it. Every time I call it’s a new lie. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Took them 6 months to fix my car after telling me in 3 weeks every month! And now went to change my tires and realised they lost my lock nut and kit. When i went to ask about it they couldnt be bothered and said insurance will take care of it tried to blame someone else for loosing it.... ..... I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Took my car in for repair estimate as my insurer recommended.on July 27, 2023. They did the estimate and said they were ordering the parts. After 3 months I began inquiring about what was going on. They said parts weren't in, then they were in and they'd be in touch. Then I heard nothing and my calls went unanswered or the old "I'll get back to you" which never happened. Finally after pressuring my insurer they told me that Fixauto was misleading them and recommended a new repair shop...on March 6.2024. So beware if you use their service and don't hear from them for too long!!!

Atrocious customer service from reception, makes sense because the owner is a raging jerk. Was sent here by insurance in September. Me and my husband have called over the 4 months to see if things are moving, each time being told they are waiting for 1 more part. We have been hung up on numerous times. Yesterday the story changed and we were told the file isn’t completed and we need an adjuster other than the one assigned by insurance, and that they can’t order ANY parts until then, even though they previously told us *multiple* times they had made orders on parts. We tried to explain our confusion and yelled at by the owner. Luckily I’ve immediately contacted my insurance to reassign us, as I do not trust the work of a place with customer service like that. I’ll also be contacting Fix Auto head office about this abhorrent behaviour since this is a chain. Truly if I could give -1 stars I would.
