I found my bodybuilder who I will 100% recommend to my friends and family.Repair for a tree that fell on my 2022 SUV, Fix auto Rosemont was one of the three companies recommended by my insurer.It was a discovery. I received a service of great professionalism (increasingly rare today), at all levels of my experience. I felt that each person I interacted with was 100% dedicated to me. From making an appointment, to my reception, to the estimate, to the repair work, to the new courtesy vehicle, to respecting the planned deadline, to my repossession. I could even follow the progress of the work on my phone.In these times of labor shortage it takes an equally exceptional direction to build a team with this level of professionalism. C'est mon assurance qui m'a référé et j'ai eu une très bonne expérience. Les appels de suivi ont été faits. Les rendez vous ont été respectés. Une voiture neuve a été prêtée pendant les travaux. J'ai pu suivre l'avancée des travaux en ligne facilement. Bref, mon assurance a payé le prix mais le service était là. J'ai été agréablement surpris.

Don't go there.. Read the 1 star reviews and that's what happened to me too. To be nice, they are very nice! ..but it's not smiles that I needed..No need to tell me to contact customer service.. I did and it's the same thing.. Very nice but no result..

Nothing but good experience. My car was done in 2 days instead of projected 5, they cleaned the car inside and outside, job was done well. Courtesy car I got from them while my car was in shop was also good and new.Friendly customer service.Would choose again.
