Honestly awful now. I’ve purchased most of my wardrobe/household goods here, and I’ve donated TONS of stuff. Service is awful recently though, and it’s almost pure trash. Empty cleanser bottles priced at 8$+, torn clothing, water bottles filled with liquid… Really gross. Tried to buy a ton of clothing and ONE item had lost a tag at some point (presumably while I was browsing for 2 hours?) and they wouldn’t sell me anything because of it.. even though everything else still had their tags (at varying prices from 4 to 20 dollars, so it’s not like they had reason to believe I was trying to scam them). For a place that gets all of their stuff FOR FREE, this is insane. Highly recommend against this place.

I wanted to buy a pair of jeans that was $8.25 like all the other jeans in their jeans rack and they wouldn't sell it to me because it didn't have a price tag! I can't remember if the tag fell off or didn't have one. I understand their policy but it's a dumb one. It leaves a very negative experience to the customer. There should be a way for the cashier to notify a manager and confirm the price. I know they do have boutique jeans for $16 and it's possible that a $16 jean's tag fell off and put in the $8.25 section so why can't the cashier ask a manager? This is the 2nd time it's happened to me and it makes me very angry. Cashier said the jeans have to go back upstairs to get it priced and I have to come back to see if it's on the rack. I did go back the next day and it's not there. Not returning to this thrift store or donating either.

It's one of the best goodwills for making donations and buying clothes and kitchen items.HOWEVER, There are so many badly behaved customers. There is the person who monopolizes the fitting rooms (after trying 6 items she returns to try 12 others. One of the men had an eye disability (renitis or eye problem). The customer did not want to give him the changing room. bigger (and therefore brighter). Like, well done to you the client, you just argued and made a scene with a disabled person just because you are full of yourself.I suggest putting a maximum of 6 items to prevent theft and prioritize access for the disabled. I don't know how the disabled and the store's sales workers manage not to throw KAREN out of the window of the head office (2nd floor)...The worst part is that workers can't even defend themselves or have a voice for themselves or customers who have good manners. Since the CEO of goodwill gets rich while the workers are stuck with the worst without being able to do anything (not through their faults)Prices have risen due to inflation but remain affordable.I just wanted to complain as customers.LOL THE PERSON SURELY OLIVIA G from the previous comments
