My favorite shop on Monkland Street, you can find everything there, but above all, all the fruits and vegetables are exceptionally fresh. Don't go to the Provigo next door for your fruit and vegetables, go and encourage this small business where it's good to buy.

Food quality is always excellent. I don't know if it has a full selection but I certainly feel it has a bit of everything. Meat options are downstairs!

They sell the most amazing, freshest fruits and surprisingly cheap.I regret not coming here sooner.Definitely recommend this place!! Grab some delicious fruits and get yourself some vitamins.The owners are very friendly as well, the smallest thing can brighten one's day.

I love this place!The owners are so friendly and personal, and chatting to them I really felt a part of a small Monkland community. The produce is always fresh and there's variety of greens that I love.They also have quite a wide choice of spices, oils and condiments.Thank you for your service! <3

I don't shop here often because I always find the prices here way too high. I was desperately looking for a pumpkin the day before Halloween and everywhere around monkland was sold out. I couldn't believe my luck when I saw a few pumpkins sitting outside this store. However, when I went to check, each one was $15! For a medium sized pumpkin I did think this is a bit of an exaggeration and felt like they were taking advantage. I've also previously seen avocados for $5 each... not sure why their prices always seem so high.
