I completely agree with M Charron-Croisetiere. A year ago he wrote that there was overpackaging....and that's still the case! Worse than that, I was OFFERED a plastic bag for my purchases...and the clerk told me that this is the store's policy. It's disgusting in 2024 and what's more, illegal in Montreal!
It's time for a descent I think. :-(

It helps with lower prices, it would be wonderful instead of having to go 3 blocks further to buy from your competitors, you have beautiful fruits and vegetables, good service and that is the reason to be more than just a helper.

I'm getting out.$10 invoice error. An article beeped twice instead of once..I'm calling to have them change the bill. I was in a hurry, I didn't pay enough attention (at the same time, I'm not the one scanning the articles)No excuses. It's up to me to come back or they won't do anything.I'm on the other side of the island.In short, check your tickets carefully!

I frequently visit this grocery store, and recently, I observed that two ladies—one with long hair (Asian) and the other with short hair (French)—who work there repeatedly attempt to scam customers by adding extra dollars. They don't bother checking item prices when you point out an error, they swiftly refund you the difference, which shows that they know what they are doing. Typically, I don't ask for a receipt as I calculate the total mentally while shopping. However, if you request one, you'll notice that the products are not listed in the receipt, so it is very easy for them to scam you. I never expected to encounter such a scam here; no one else on Avenue Mont Royal engages in this behavior except these two ladies.

J'avais une petite course à faire dans le coin alors je me suis arrêtée là pour acheter quelques légumes vite fait!!! Vraiment un bel endroit avec des bons prix! Belle qualité et diverstié de produits. Le commis qui plaçait les légumes m'a gentillement aidé avec le sourire lorsque je lui ai posé une question... Ça fait du bien de voir des gens souriants au travail... J'y retournerai fort probablement....
