Excellent service!
We went there to do a check-up of a Mercedes car purchased second-hand.
Isaac accompanied us in explaining what he identified as needing to be repaired/changed, showing us visually what he saw to support his points.
He also defined the list of items in order of importance, with the cost next to each item, dividing what needed to be done into 3 categories: "urgent", "to be done soon", and "to be done when we will have the budget.”
We then asked to make the repairs of our choice, which he did.
I thank him for his transparency on repairs and costs, and his communication to share with us his recommendations and comments on the car.
