I'm the unfortunate owner of a 2022 GV70 and the VERY unfortunate customer of Genesis St. Laurent. I have had numerous issues with my car, most recently the entire electrical control panel in the driver side door stopped working paralyzing all electrical functions like windows, door locks, side-mirrors, etc. When I took the car into Genesis St. Laurent, I was told the electrical panel needed to be replaced, but the part was not in stock. When the part finally came in, 1.5 months later, I was then told that there was a 2 month wait time for service!! I have since sent several emails and left several voice messages asking for someone to help me out with a service date sooner, but all I get in response is a automated text telling me my service date remains in January 2026 ...... It is hard to determine what is most disappointing, the complete lack of any type of customer care or service OR nobody at Genesis really seem to care one little bit.

Was going to buy a Genesis GV 80 from another place and it happened to be near Genesis Saint Laurent so figured I would go in and see if they had a better deal. Spoke with Walleed who was welcoming and friendly. He showed me what they had and fought to get me the best deal, warranty, tires and was a pleasure to buy a car from. I recommend 100% going to see Walleed at Saint Laurent Genesis. Also worth mentioning finance guy Ali, was super easy to work with too. Eric the manager even made an exception so I could drive out of there with the car on Saturday.
Overall a great experience.

I purchased a Genesis GV7 and frankly it's the best car I have driven to date.
My interaction with Howard has been 1st rate from start to finish and he knows the product and is absolutely excellent in providing great customer care !! *****
I required the services of a courtesy car and the driver, Nor, was excellent. Compliments to him !!

Lack of communication between finance (Zaraa) and costumer. Applied 2 years of warranty on top of price without confirmation. Constant credit check up 5 times without consulting with costumer about the outcome of any one of them. Very disappointed.

Got a 2025 gv70 3.5 and zero complaints so far after 10k. The car is a dream. The sales team was great, I had Hassan. I don’t know if he’s still there but he was the best. The staff there are all super cool too.
This place struggles a bit for services though. I won’t complain specifics because I don’t want staff getting in trouble. Getting the car was a great experience. First visit was summer tires in April or wtv, that was a pretty bad experience but I left it. I did let them know though but no one gets back to you. My 10k visit was more of the same.
I have a BMW and I’m not a fan of the ppl there and the ppl it brings in. Quality service though. At Honda, my civic’s customer service puts bmw to shame but I have to pay for my m&m’s. Plus they won’t stop checking up on you. Honda service ain’t really cheap anymore tho. This is smaller feeling which makes sense but you ain’t getting the car back and saying, that was fun.
Sweet car though.

110 days for a wiper motor, that is how long I have been waiting for an OEM part. 110 days of car payments, 110 days of not driving when it’s raining, weeks of rental cars, days of Ubers when it rains. Genesis Canada not much help other than making up dates since August on when I’ll get the part. I’m here because I don’t know what else to do. My car is a 2017 I did buy it used, and have an aftermarket warranty paying for the part. But Genesis canada and Genesis st Laurent parts has no answers and no part. So I’m here hoping somebody reads this and cares a little. But so far not expecting anything from them. I just want my wiper motor, I’ve been patient for 110 days this is embarrassing and I need my car for work. Adding my used part and labour to my small claims court case. Great customer service

These people are making you look fools. They commit to something but when you ask for it after buying a vehicle, they simply deny it.
They won’t even reply to your emails or texts later. Pls have everything in writing if they commit to something, and do not pay a single dime before your agreed conditions are verified.

I recently had a frustrating experience at a local car dealership that I feel I need to share. I went in to trade in my vehicle, and everything seemed to go smoothly at first. We agreed on a trade-in price, and I thought I was getting a good deal. However, once all the paperwork was done with the bank, they dropped a bombshell on me. They suddenly said they couldn’t pay the price we agreed on and decreased it by a whopping $5,000!
I was really taken aback. It felt dishonest and left me feeling like I’d wasted my time. In the end, I walked away feeling disappointed, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking to trade in their car. There are better options out there that won’t leave you feeling cheated. Save yourself the hassle!
