“Montreal has many many crystal shops, but this one has been by far my favorite. It's calm and instantly made me detach from the busy streets. It has 2 floors. I'd call the ground floor the crystal cave, where all types, shapes and colors crystals are available. Then the second floor is dedicated to jewelry. It has a station where you can customize your own bracelet, it was so fun. I usually just like looking around, but this interactive activity definitely intrigued me. The service was amazing, employees are respectful and helpful, they can answer your questions and they know what they're talking about. All and all, I'd like to add that its prices are very affordable. I was shocked, positively, by the quality/price range. I'd take a look if I were you ;)”

“Chez Farfelu — a little treasure hunt for Jellycat fans! Our daughter had one mission when we stopped at Chez Farfelu: find the Jellycat collection and, hopefully, bring home Turtle Timmy! Unfortunately, Turtle Timmy was nowhere to be found this time—but that didn’t stop us from having a great visit. The store has a fantastic selection of toys, plushies, and fun little treasures, and it’s the kind of place where you can easily spend much more time browsing than you planned. Chez Farfelu is known for its playful, unusual selection of gifts and toys, so there’s plenty to discover. What really stood out to us was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, offering good advice while our daughter searched through the Jellycats. No Turtle Timmy today… 🐢😢 but we left happy anyway. Great selection, wonderful service, and definitely worth a stop if you’re hunting for Jellycats or just looking for something fun and different. Highly recommended!”

The 2 employees at the counter, not knowing the item in question, let him leave frustrated with the service, and adopted a condescending attitude after his departure, while a little initiative and curiosity (google?) from the 2 employees would have left a much better impression on this customer, and on all those who witnessed it.”
