Placed an order. Got confirmation that it was ready and when I arrived there was a sign on the door that they are closed indefinitely. Why are you taking orders if this location is closed ?!

Stood at the door for 30 min when there was a paper pisted sayung theyd be back in five. Lady comes to door takes down paper and goes to leave. I stop her and she says sorry everything is closed up... this is at 5 :50... there was still 10 min left. Therefore ypu get a one star cor poor costumer service

Exchange office which displays the prices at the entrance so no additional fees or additional commission. Very warm welcome, smiling staff (important to emphasize!), very friendly and helpful. I recommend.

Very nice and friendly people. Give good exchange rates and the first 50$ you get to keep the same rate when you come back to exchange your money back to Canadian dollars. It's not too far from the McGill metro which is a plus. I really love how they count the money on front of you and really make sure that everything is legit. The girl was wondering where I visited and we were talking a lot about the next place I should visit. Really love the people here

I also exchange my currency here, because they give better rates. The only problem is - Usually the line is big and their office is very small. You end up standing outside their office for some time
