I’ve had many trainers growing up playing competitive sports and I can truly say Marv has been the best!! He has a deep understanding of what it means to be great and push yourself. Marv really cares about his athletes’ success and will get just as excited when you reach your goals! He’s helped me get to that next level in my game. Also love his gym, it’s very clean and private and allows me to get in the extra reps outside of my regular training as well. Highly recommend for young athletes!!

My nephew has been training with GoldSzn for over a year now and the improvement he has achieved is incredible. He went from being the back up player his first two games to starting the rest of the year and that’s because he has been going to this place. If you want to see instant improvement as an athlete , this is the place to go.

I had a great experience working with Nathan. He helped a lot with range of motion and strengthening end ranges which played a huge role in my jiu jitsu performance. I was able to move with much more fluidity. He did a great job of assessing strengths and weaknesses and provided numerous strength and mobility movements to help improve those areas.
Highly recommend others to work with him!

My teenage son never enjoyed working out until he started going to Goldszn gym. The owner Coach Marvin is the best. My son has been training with him since the beginning of the summer , the belief that coach Marvin has shown in him has turned him around and now he looks forward to going to gym and working out . My son has not only improved his fitness but also his confidence .
Coach Marvin tries to get you better at all aspects of life not just physical .
