If you want to pay a lot and be poorly served you are in the right place in this garage, bad atmosphere and pitiful welcome, the two technical advisors clearly do not want to work...last week I brought a flat wheel to repair, the The technical advisor didn't want to take the wheel from my trunk because he had back pain (this young guy is 30 years old I think, physically I mean ?) finally he called a mechanic to take the wheel from my trunk. I leave the wheel in the garage for the day after signing an agreement for around $100?….he calls me in the afternoon around 10 times leaving a message, I was in an appointment and couldn't pick up ...finally I go to the garage at the end of the day, it's on my way home in the evening, I almost get yelled at for not having picked up!!! Finally he tells me that the tire is irreparable and that we need to put a new one ☹️ so I understand that he is trying to sell me 2 tires because we will have to change both…I decide to get back on track and look elsewhere. I am disgusted with this technical advisor, it’s a shame for the Gravel group! And I say this more in relation to the very poor service because it is a company vehicle and therefore the company which pays for the maintenance of this vehicle.I will never set foot in this garage again!!! Oh yes last thing, I took my wheel to Auto-Fred, they repaired the tire the same day and it cost $23.5 (taxes included?)

The spare parts department supposed to open at 8am, every time I arrive at 8am it is closed, when I asked them why it still not open? they tell me sorry the guy is probably stuck in a terrific. It happened to me three times in three days in row.Very terrible service!

The staff before was very official and new what to do. When you change the old for the new you know what you lost but you never know what you get. If something is not broken then why change it. Very disappointed

Worst service ever! My boyfriend has been waiting for a part for over 4 months. He has been getting the run around from staff and just flat out been lied to Got about 20 different excuses. They never follow up with him. He has to constantly check for updates. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Some of the worst customer service I've seen in my life.Heads up everyone. Don't waste your time or money here!

This dealership is nothing but a bunch of thieves! They sold me a certified used vehicle with hidden vices that rendered the vehicle inoperable 8 months its purchase!! 2 years, 6000$ of lawyers and a judgement in my favor later, they still refuse to even acknowledge the situation! Real bunch of Mc Assh**les!

Worst customer service EVER!!!!Brought in the car to get serviced. I had to take an Uber back to the office because their shuttle service was only going to be back in an hour and a half.Only to find out that they could not service my car because “unfortunately all their certified technicians were sick with Covid”
