I visited the drive-thru, but unfortunately, there seemed to be an issue with the audio system, making it difficult for me to communicate my order. When I reached the window, the employee opened it only slightly, which further hindered our ability to hear each other. Despite my request for a Diet Pepsi due to my diabetic condition, I was mistakenly given a regular Pepsi.I understand that these are challenging times, and finding suitable employees can be difficult. However, I believe that fundamental customer service should not be compromised to this extent.This is a moved review because i had reviewed the wrong restaurant..

If I could have given 0, I would have!Poor service!! I placed an order online. Very slow service; I am made to wait while there are at least 4 employees walking around in circles in the restaurant. I asked for a cheeseburger with salad, onions, mayo and ketchup. I received a burger without cheese, mayo or salad, but with ketchup, relish and mustard!! I would like to point out that no one informed me that there were several items unavailable. The employees were stupid and incompetent. No one apologized for the service delay and unavailable items. Besides, if I were the owner of this restaurant, I would spend more time on better staff management and I would ensure the availability and quality of products. $15 thrown in the trash!! I will never go to this Harvey's again and I encourage everyone who goes there or who intends to go there to choose another Harvey's or simply another fast food restaurant!! ?????

I had my order prepared onlineAt the drive-thru, the employee opens a mini corner of the window and says: what do you want? (Not even a good evening) I seem to be disturbing..I tell him that I have an order prepared, I give him my name, I wait 5 minutes..Another employee barely opens the window: what do you put in your hamburger?I repeat to him (even if it is assumed to be already written online)5 min later: “we have more mayo” .. okay ok no problem.. “what drink do you want”Me: iced teaShe: “There are more”I took something else, in short I arrived home, I had ordered extra cheese and paid for there was none, lots of errors in my order it cost me $20 for a trio that I I had to change everything so much they had nothing left, no mayo, no pickle, no cheese, no iced teaSo in the end it cost me a lot to get a stupid answer, nothing free to compensate for what was missing and I waited a long time... Worst service ??

The food is really fresh & delicious. The lady in the burka who assembled my burger was amazing, listened to my picky order (I was the pickle lover)Came in Friday 15th at 8:55.Thanks for the amazing service, clean seating area and amazing hot fresh food! Will be back ❤️ ?
