Recently, this IGA has been neglecting the quantity of items and failing to refund them promptly for online shopping.
This creates a situation where we are billed for things we didn't receive. I was told that the clerk's aren't prompt to manage the online services.
This is bad!

It is a large-scale supermarket brand. I only discovered it when I came to Canada. When I see it, I will come in and shop. When I leave, I will shop and check out. It has always been tried and tested. Hahahaha, recommended!

I have been a loyal customer since 2015, the food is great, lots of varieties, their welcome is really warm, there is a supervisor there called Ennour who is really very nice and friendly with the customers! I highly recommend ??

I approached a lady asking her where can I find something I am looking for, instead of trying, she just responded 'Je ne parle que français' and proceeded to load up her aisle like it's none of her business.
Maybe it isn't her business to help me, but she is working with IGA shirt on, I don't know if this is a good representation of a brand.
I respect it, protection of French language and all that.
At least try to find someone who can help, or communicate so a paying customer is taken care of?
At the heart of downtown MTL where Francophone and Anglophone are equally resides and visits daily, your staffs need to be flexible to better accommodate customers needs.

Every week he adds shelves and a ridiculous inventory. The experience was terrible to the point of calling the Fire Department.

Bad experience for 1 year. Products are often incorrectly placed on shelves. Discount labels are often left after the discount end date to encourage you to purchase the product anyway. When the price differs between the cash register and the price on the label, they ask you to go and check instead of sending a clerk. You must avoid certain rush hours so as not to wait more than 30 minutes in line to checkout. For 1 year no improvement in management.

Large selection and the products are also fresh. Certainly not the cheapest in terms of price, but the quality is good.

It's a very good place to have fun when you're there you feel like you don't go out anymore because there are all cafes restaurants shops shows......
We had good memories and can't wait to come back soon.

They do not honor rainchecks and do not give scene points.
The customers are trash. Only 1 machine to accept cans when there's thousands of homeless that use it.
I rarely have more than 24 cans, imagine the inconvenience to wait in order to cash them in.

Smaller store with limited choices
