They offer free tailoring on jeans purchased there, at waist and length, and can skillfully repair even badly damaged items. The staff goes above and beyond to resolve issues, including helping with returns, exchanges, and working with brands directly to fix problems. It is a nice family business that customers highly recommend, stating they would definitely return when next in Montreal.

Excellent customer service - Had a quality issue with an item from a European brand. Jason was incredibly helpfully in working with the brand to have them accept the return and issue a new item. They went above and beyond to help with the issue that was not any fault of theirs. Highly recommend
