J’ai eu une expérience extrêmement décevante avec cette succursale. L’agent a été impoli, condescendant et raciste dès qu’il a vu mon passeport. J’ai tenté de joindre la gestionnaire deux fois, sans succès, car à chaque fois elle me dit qu’elle est très occupée et qu’elle va me rappeler, mais elle ne l’a jamais fait. C’est inacceptable.
