I consider Intercontinental Cargo Canada company, extremely unprofessional. With the tendency of hidden costs, delays in answering a simple query, and most importantly, great chances that your shipment will be lost for good.I sent 13 packages in January 2022 from Montreal to Europe and to this day, in April 2022, I have not received them. Ms. Rosida Sumun and Mr. Rolf Bramann (sales representatives) present themselves as people with 50 years of experience in transportation. Do not fold yourself with their sweet talk during sales. They are just frauds.Once the shipment is shipped, they will ask you to pay the additional costs to the delivery partners. If you want to receive your delivery.My sincere recommendation is that you do not use this company for shipping your goods!

I'm sad I can only give 3 stars, cause I like the owner and he is very experienced. In addition he is reachable and flexible. That's all good. What on the other hand is terrible and somewhat unprofessional is the following (otherwise I would 5): 1: They only accept cash or a Canadian Debit card. It's like a third world country. 2: They deliver your cargo by truck even when you pay for Air 3: Package list is lost during the way so customs won't allow package to go through.
