I ordered a Vice Versa model bistro table. Once assembled I would say that the table appears to be of good quality. But the assembly experience was so frustrating! This table should be delivered already assembled, especially considering the price and the cost of delivery.

Beautiful store and excellent service from Maxime. The pre-delivery plan was so professional. They called to ask about our yard access to make sure there would be no delivery issues. They even asked for pictures since we have a challenging access area. Delivery and set up were perfect. We LOVE our table, chairs and cantilever umbrella and while one can spend a fortune here, we chose more modestly priced items and the value seems excellent!

I ordered 2 small table lamps for 800$. Even at that price no shipping is incl. so I had to go back to the store to pick them up after 2 weeks. Back home I open the box and discover they gave me the wrong color! That was 3 weeks ago and I still don't have my lamp. This is an awful customer experience really

It was our first visit to this store and we won't return. A frustrating experience of wanting to shop but were told we couldn't purchase from any of the displays, even though there were prices on everything. We were greeted by a few individuals and no one told us we were not able to buy freely (it's a store after all). There were no signs indicating we couldn't buy. It was absolutely ridiculous. Finally we could purchase what we wanted, after being told we couldn't/shouldn't. The sales associate was preparing our sale but disappeared into the back room for a long period of time, and we had no idea what was going on. Overall, poor communication from the sales staff and general signage within the store. It's the first (and last) time we've been to a store where they give us a difficult time to actually buy anything. Completely ridiculous.

Excellent outdoor furniture collections and showroom. Glad to have them in Ottawa. You do pay a premium price for this though. That being said we placed our order early June 2021 and it is written on the order that it would be ready "debut Juliet". When we called July 15 we were told now some of the items would be ready mid August and others in September. They asked if we wanted to wait for all the items to arrive before shipping (September maybe). It's disappointing we will go the entire summer season without our purchase. This is the business they are in so it's hard to believe they didn't know we wouldn't get it for this summer when we asked before purchasing.

Have not had any good experiences with Jardin de Ville. Last summer we ordered an outdoor couch and coffee table, only to receive the wrong cushions and then wait another 6 weeks to get the right ones. We then ordered a gazebo and dining set in the fall, and asked that it be installed in the spring for an extra charge. We contacted them a couple of weeks ago to arrange delivery and were able to set it up for this week, but then when we called to confirm the date we were met with horrible customer service. We were told that we needed to call the installer and arrange installation, despite paying Jardin de Ville for the installation. I find it hard to believe that 100% of that charge is passed on to the installation company, and Jardin de Ville was called previously to arrange the date for delivery and installation. Had we ever been told to call the installer we would have, even though we were paying Jardin de Ville for the installation. Anyway, even though we booked a delivery and installation date weeks ago, we have to wait an additional 4 weeks for our outdoor furniture. We were told that they “moved mountains” to get it installed that soon, which is hard to believe considering theyve been sitting on this sale for many months. Do not recommend dealing with them.
