I find this visit went better than previous visits.
The customer service was much more organized and worked as a team. Nano the manager is always so respectful and responsive.
The only complaint was it took over 4 hours for a change of tires, battery, and break checkpoint.

Recently I changed dealership from Kia Vimont to Kia Gabriel on Crémazie I hated the service at the Vimont one. I had a hit and run where someone scraped the entire side of my car trying to park and took off. So I deal with insurance and I choose Kia Gabriel as the place to deal with the damage. I met with Mathew for the service and Maria for the body shop. They took my car in and gave me one to use while the repairs were being done. Two weeks or so later I have my car back. Mathew did an amazing job with my service and Maria was an absolute gem. Thank you all so much for making what was a horrible situation pleasant. My car looks great and I am so happy to have her back!! I highly recommend this place I actually feel like they take care of you there and not just try to move you along.
