I love the product carried in this shop. After visiting Montreal in November and making a purchase, we decided to add to our collection and made an online order.The customer service is absolutely outstanding. Kylie was amazing. Very grateful for her attention to detail.Big companies have lost sight of what providing quality customer service is about. They could learn from this small business.Kylie outdid herself. She needs a raise. :)

I have twice ordered items from their website. Both times the items arrived in perfect condition. The second time included two special order, pressed flower pendants. Jennifer was terrific at coordinating with the artist on the special order. The resulting pendants are exquisite. I'm delighted with my purchases. I can't wait for the day when I can visit lovely Quebec, and the La Boutique Boreale in person.
