After an email exchange, the company confirmed to me that they have several species in 12 feet. We drove 4 hours round trip for nothing because when we got there they only had one gasoline. However, I also asked them the type of wood before coming but they never answered me even after I passed. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. Waste of time. Impossible to get them on the phone anyway. Finally they called me apologizing for the delay and an employee told me that they had several species. Make sure you're speaking with the right person.

Has specialty wood, but lacks maple products and the service personnel are unhelpful. Generally unfriendly service. I do have to add that the personnel at the wood trimming/cutting unit are very efficient and friendly.

Been a loyal customer there for over a decade. The wood selection it great, the staff is good, but have had several bad experiences this last visit.
Two issues I had, first was I had a large quantity cut, most guys in the shop work well, but there is one guy who is super careless. Dragging wood around, dropping the plywood on its edge against the carts corner. You charge $150+ a sheet of plywood, I have more repairs that fabrication to do. Second, I dont know when the lumber yard rules changed or if the guy in the yard that day was just being difficult. I wasn't allowed into the plywood rack sections. He had to bring me the number of sheets I ordered. I realize wood it a natural product, but the first 3 sheets of the 6 I orders, off the top, literally belong in a dumpster. Some stuff you can't sell, it belongs in a liquidation pile. Damaged edges, one sheet had 20+ patches. Come on. It's BB, I get it, it's second grade, but this stuff looks like construction grade I get at Rona.
Like I said, great store, I guess I just had a bad experience this time.

Bought quality composite deck and 2x10 PT joists. Went back for help on the design and they reviewed my plan, provided useful suggestions and insight. Friendly, approachable.

Very large selection of tools and accessories for EVERYTHING you need to work with wood. The lumber yard located further down the street is very tight but can be accommodated by SUVs/pickups. The quality of the wood is very good.
