Le Parc Apartments is a place to rent in the downtown area, considered the best by some. The apartments are great, clean, spacious, and located in a perfect location. The facility is cleaned everyday. Amenities include a nice lounge area, a beautiful garden, and excellent swimming pools—both outdoor and indoor—for relaxing, plus a fully equipped gym and sauna. The administrative staff is described as kind, professional, very nice, friendly, attentive, and helpful, with rapid problem management and seamless service. Many report a good and wonderful experience, highly recommending it for a long stay.

Le Parc is an excellent place to live! The staff are warm, welcoming, and always helpful, which made us feel at home right away. The location is unbeatable, and the building itself is well cared for and very comfortable. My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our time living there and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful building, comfortable air-conditioned flats, nice gardens, two swimming pools, parking, reception, WiFi, maintenance, lounge, library with a big selection of titles, 3 elevators in each building, super location.

The doormen at Le Parc are always professional and friendly. No matter what time of day, they’re attentive and make you feel secure. As a student, I especially love how close it is to McGill — walking to campus is quick and easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and convenient place downtown!
