(Translated by Google) Be careful with this store expatriates.We placed an order for a co-sleep with my wife in January for delivery in Canada which was to be shipped within 24 hours.Two months later and after several reminders, we were delivered for 60 euros in delivery costs, just the sheets and mattress pads.Zero news from co-sleeping.So I contacted customer service again, who reimbursed me for the co-sleep because supposedly it was impossible to deliver to Canada.Result :I find myself a week away from the expected birth of my child without co-sleeping.Sheets that are useless to me60 euros postage for nothing too.I think that with reminders or at the time of purchase it would have been appropriate to inform me.Now we are in stress rushing to find a replacement and in addition to discussing with customer service who does not even want to reimburse the shipping costs.(Original)Attention avec ce magasin les expatriés.Nous avons fais une commande d'un co-dodo avec ma femme en Janvier pour une livraison au canada qui devait être expédiée sous 24 heures.Deux mois plus tard et après plusieurs relances on nous a livrés pour 60euros de frais de livraisons, juste les draps et alèses.Zéro nouvelles du co-dodo.J'ai donc contacté à nouveau le service à la clientèle qui m'a remboursé le co-dodo car soit disant impossible de livrer au canada.Résultat :Je me retrouve à une semaine de la naissance prévu de mon enfant sans co-dodo.Des draps qui me servent a rien60 euros de frais de port pour rien également.Je pense qu'avec les relances ou au moment de l'achat il aurait été opportun de m'informer.Maintenant mous sommes en stress à se dépêcher de trouver un remplacement et en plus de discuter avec un service client qui ne veut même pas rembourser les frais de port.
