This is the 3rd year I’ve been to Illium Diagnostic for my annual blood work. They are very courteous and professional.
I was in and out and received my results within a few hours.
If I went through the provincial medical system I would have waited over 45 days for an appointment and then there is the waiting time!
I strongly recommend Illium Diagnostic’s!

For paying private rates I sure don't feel like a valued customer. I had a better experience at the Laval location. The nurse in Montreal is too abrupt and I felt like I was part of an assembly line. I won't be going back.

I’ve used Lilium’s services for Covid and blood tests multiple times and will continue to do so. I’ve also referred family members and friends. The process is smooth and you get the results in the same day, sometimes within just a few hours. Highly recommended.

My experience with Lilium was unfortunately not as satisfactory. The staff was friendly and polite but one test for the heart my doctor requested, the Lab forgot to do. I also noticed that on my invoice the copied and pasted somebody else's address. There is definitely room for improvement.

Very clean place!! No waiting around, well except if you need to give a urine sample and don't have a full bladder :) However, you can sit in the waiting area then when you are ready, use their bathroom which is also very clean. The receptionist explained everything clearly, so no guessing where to go.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again, no hesitation!

Was in and out with blood test complete within ten minutes. Clean and no waiting. Blood test results in the evening. Night and day difference from the public healthcare system. High end is the correct term to use as well as the blood draw rooms are large and private. Everything is new and comfortable. Will use again.

Never go to this clinic!
When I went to the front desk to make my payment, I noticed that the nurse was sitting with the front desk staff. Later, it seemed that the same person who had been sitting there was also the one who drew my blood. This felt extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. To make matters worse, they didn’t even wear gloves during the procedure, which raises serious concerns about safety and proper protocol.
The overall experience left me questioning the professionalism of this facility. The staff seemed careless and indifferent to basic hygiene standards, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe throughout my visit. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all cost. Never go to this clinic.

You know how coinstar machines had to add sounds of counting because they were too quick and accurate? That’s Lilium diagnostics. I have a tendency to faint after blood tests and this was the first time I had ever not fainted. They were so quick, effective, and friendly that I didn’t even have time to finish my story I tell to distract myself during blood tests (but they let me finish anyways). If I need another blood test, I will not hesitate to return. So worth the money.

The place was difficult to find. I still managed to show up on time for my appt, but did not know where to go and the staff ignored all of my questions. Was unsure how to get the sampling started or pay for the test. Everyone was extremely unhelpful. Booked a new appt somewhere else
