What an exceptional service I received today! I went to this location to buy pillows, a duvet and bedding sets. Marylen came to help me. She was so lovely. She gave me great recommendations and when an item was not on the shelf she would run to get it from the back. She made me feel very comfortable when I was taking time to decide. I also met Simon, her collegue, who also was very kind and always ready to help. I will be returning there for sure!

A disaster by ordering 2 items, the first does not arrive at the right address and the second is not the one ordered!!! Linen chest is unreachable as is its carrier.

I have visited this store 5 times in the last three years and every time, the cashier is surly. I suspect that staff is on commission and so they don’t want to be at the caisse. But something has to be done to instruct them on their affect and attitude with customers.

We were buying linen, the sales lady was kind and helpful, she spoke French and English and switched with us depending on what we spoke, she helped us with our choices, great sale today for bedding, 75% off, otherwise the store is pretty pricey but they have everything you need for the home.

This comment is strictly addressed to the store manager. I have never seen a person so rude and condescending to their employee. While I was waiting on line to return, she was humiliating her employee who was doing her best to communicate with her colleague in English (her colleague only speaks English). Rather than being encouraging, she preferred to reprimand her employee for not speaking English better. Disgraceful behavior.

Nice store but poor service. The “head saleswoman” approaches customers without even greeting them, saying things like “Does the gentleman here need help? » with a rather cold and unwelcoming tone. The minimum is to say hello to the customer, as a matter of politeness. Then, the other salespeople are nice but too intrusive. They insist on helping you even when you tell them you don't need it because they want you to give their name at checkout. We feel that the help from the salespeople is forced, which makes the service unnatural.

The first time I went I loved the store, I bought a small item and returned the next day for a set of pots. The attention of the cashiers is questionable and far from being friendly. Even more the cashier who was there today in the Downtown store, Friday at 6.20 p.m, who told me that she did not have large bags to carry my item and continued with the next customer, so I was ignored. The item was so heavy, she didn't make the slightest effort to find a solution and didn't bring it close to me so I could pick it up, for which I had to figure out how to carry it on my own. I will not return or recommend the place, as there are minimal acts of courtesy that are worth more than a complete solution.
