I was in Montreal for the weekend and decided to do some shopping at the Eaton Centre mall. I stumbled across this cute store with the most helpful sales staff! I WIISH I got their names. 3 beautiful young ladies were beyond helpful! I bought a gorgeous pair of gold boots and a pair of barbie girl shoes. That experience was my Barbie World experience thanks ladies you made me feel like a queen ??

Bad customer service;employee girl in her twenties with curly brown hair and French accent, really stupid, haughty attitude. I understand that it must be a minimum wage job so she gives her minimum but that doesn't make you want to go back to the store.

Went to the warehouse/outlet store in Mont Royal. Workers did not once come check on me or ask if I needed any sizes despite me holding numerous pairs of sandals, and yet were happily helping every other customer in the store. When I did ask for my size she told me to try on the ones i was holding first before she would get the second pair for me (which I already did). Ended up buying a pair of sandals just because I was visiting but the customer service was very poor - not sure if it was because I spoke english. They are much kinder at the other L'intervalle locations I've visited in downtown!

I bought two pairs of summer shoes for me and my stepdaughter. One pair is khaki color and the second one is black.I have been wearing my shoes approximately twice a week since May and noticed that the sole wears off and turns white. With black ones that doesn't happen.Now my khaki summer shoes look sloppy and not aesthetically pleasing.After I contacted customer services about the defects mentioned above, they said "...we guarantee all products up to 30 days after the day of purchase upon validation. However, as the Tenshi Khaki Leather 38 was purchased in April, and so this timeline has long-since been exceeded. Due to the amount of time that has elapsed since the period of shipment/delivery and the date we were contacted, we cannot proceed with your request."I can say that when I buy leather shoes, I expect to wear them for 2-3 years, not 3 months. So I definitely do not recommend buying this brand. For 3 months you can find cheaper options.

I’m in love with their shoes! Went a bit crazy and bought four pairs of sandals and they’re all top notch. Super stylish and comfortable! There was a bit of an issue with one of my orders today, but Alexia and Rym fixed everything right up for me so I’m very happy! Thank you!

Can I rate this lower than 1 star?Where do I begin?I went to the location near guy concordia and ordered a pair of shoes for pick up at the Eaton Center. The next day when I arrived at TEC location, the rep was rushing me and didn't even bother to ask whether the shoes fit. When I asked her for the same pair in another material, she quickly told me that they weren't available, when I know for a fact that they were. It was Monday morning, and there was practically no traffic.So I thought I'd go back to the original location and when I did, I received an ice cold reception from the same rep who had helped me the day before. I was very polite and asked her if I could exchange the pair I had for another pair. She checked in the system, was very short with her responses and when I asked how long it'd take, she responded with "a week, two weeks, I don't know." I worked in retail for years and I understand how draining it could be. From the experience I have had, I am assuming the reps work on commission and therefore are mindful of the time they are spending on each customer. Regardless, the only way to build a sustainable clientele is through good customer service.When I reached out to the customer service contact on their website, I kept hitting a wall. After 2 days worth of back and forth, they kept telling me that they couldn't guarantee my shoes would arrive on time, and when I asked for a refund they kept saying they couldn't issue it because it was outside of their policy.. as if the bank would stop them from pressing the refund button.What a terrible horrible experience. Don't go there.. spend more money and go elsewhere.

If I could rate this less than one star I would... I spent over 300 dollars on two pairs of boots, and we both (petite/average size women) could not them over our calves comfortably. To make matters worse, the website had no sizing specifications (other than shoe size) and boasted about inclusivity on its website. We did not believe a gift card was enough and wanted a refund, especially since they were returned in perfect condition. Unfortunately, there is no customer service number, and despite the numerous times we contacted them via email, we got NO PROPER RESPONSE. We were angered, to say the least, and mistreated. I had a terrible experience shopping with them and would not do it again!

Worst costumer sevice,they never answer for whatever!!!I ordered pair of wedges and they sent me one with size 37 and another size 40.There is no phone number to directly contact them and they never got answered to my complaint.Untill today I was not able to excange or return the wedges...And they were not cheap,so I literally lost my money.There is plenty of shoe stores,do not spent money there because once the payment goes trough it is DONE,whatever they sent you you will have to live with itArrogant and careless

I recently purchased a couple pair of shoes online and ordered the wrong sizes. Then when I tried to reorder in the correct sizes I accidentally purchased two of the same shoes. Both completely my fault and when I contacted customer service they were absolutely amazing. They responded super quickly to my emails and got everything sorted with no issues. I haven't received them yet but I would order again based on their service alone.
