“Excellent. I usually have a strong dislike of any store purporting to be a “general store” or “dep” but in reality is just a super expensive, extremely selective boutique. I thought this was one of them. It is not.
Pricey, sure. But a great neighbourhood staple filled with local goods, bulk coffee and snacks and soaps, proper staples of bread, cheese, some meats, and a huge beer selection.
This place is also one of the only places to get a decent selection of Quebec ciders and wine, and they have a solid non alcoholic selection as well.
Above all else though the staff are all super cool, happy to chat and help, and they’re open almost every day of the year. A+”
“We really feel the enthusiasm and passion for local beer! This beer shop not only sells local beers but also wine and cider as well as varieties of refined products and there I found a lot of ideas for Valentine's Day! The welcome is warm and friendly and that is VERY important! The decoration is very nice, especially their window full of different colors. Recommended!”

You can get the higher shelf and expensive liquors here.I visited in Feb 25th and the shelves were looking bare, but they are getting ready to move locations based on the signs in the store. I think it said they are moving across the street.I've visited here multiple times and the staff are usually helpful. You can also get recommendations here and they also do tastings you can sign up for.”
“There is a strange separation between “rich” people and “poor” people by the simple fact that the pantry space is upstairs. Otherwise I love this branch!! Lots of products that you can't find elsewhere and the employees are very nice!”

“This outlet usually has a wide variety of excellent wines & spirits to select from. The SAQ App also makes it easy to know that a favorite product is in stock. Staff are always available and several are very knowledgeable about the products carried. Particularly if they have personally tried a wine you’re interested in trying for the first time. Disappointed when one (1) particular US wine continues to be out of stock when it is always plentiful at the LCBO in Toronto.”

“They opened a bottle for me to try, actively asked if there was anything specific I was looking for, and at the very least acted sincere about wanting me to leave satisfied, even the cashier complemented my choice and asked if I had tried some other options because they were similar/her personal favourites. By far the best experience I've had, will definitely be returning any time I need to restock my bar.”
