The staff is very courteous and offers help when necessary. The clothing selection is good but of course there are far fewer options than online. There are several fitting rooms and I didn't have to wait.

I live in a city where there is no lululemon and the pants i ordered were purchased online and i was out of the 30 day policy but i told them the fit was too tight and they seemed to have tightened when i washed them (keep in mind i didnt dry them in the washing machine). Basically she told me that she isnt supposed to take them back and mugged me with a smirk and said i dont care where you live and how come there is no lululemon in your town assuming its impossible. I told her never mind i will do a return only for quality control warranty and its was totally fine. Worst service and attitude!

Busy Lululemon location on St. Catherine Street. Stock moves quickly. Upon my visit I personally knew what I was looking for hence I did not need assistance from staff so I didn't have any interaction with them. Always check the sales racks at any Lululemon store: Great deals are often to be had!

Instead of helping me with my needs, the girls were laughing at the way I spoke directly in front of me, it's really rude and unprofessional of them. really the worst experience I have ever had for so long I have at minus 10 leggings from home.

I've always felt really welcome at this Lululemon location at every visit. There can be a bit of noise at times coming from a laser tag centre above, but it wasn't a bother for me.Additionally, thank you for replacing a pair of pants that have been problematic for me!
