Rating only applicable if you are waiting for a friend or girlfriend. No washroom or confortable seats. Seat only near dressing area and they fold their clothes there. Manager makes you feel like a thief by making it obvious (not discrete) to check on you. Was really umcofortable even when we spent over 200$. I recommend the Eaton centre location. Plenty of seats, washroom, and you feel confortable.

I’m very disappointed with lululemon. Bought a tennis skirt which is completely falling apart went to lululemon to see if they would do anything but they have completely refused. The skirt is only two years old and only worn it 6 times. I’m never going to shop here again.

As a loyal Lululemon customer for over 10 years, I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at the store. I went in to return a faulty item. An associate of the store immediately rejected my request citing that the issue was due to the colour choice of the item -- this was contrary to Lululemon's quality promise. As I was being turned away, another associate overheard my issue, and noted that my request was valid and processed the return. The initial associate just left the conversation. It was odd that the standards of the store were not consistent across the board. I felt awkward and confused due to the conflicting views of the associates.

Super friendly staff! Had a couple problems with my account and Annabelle was able to get it all sorted out. The staff is always super welcoming and can order things for you if they don’t have it in size/color! My favorite Lululemon to shop at because of its amazing environment :)

Super friendly and helpful staff. They helped us a lot to find what we were looking for. My wife tried a few sizes and they searched for everything patiently. Everyone was quite nice.

One of the floor managers (I have no idea), a girl with semi-short hair, is completely condescending when talking to customers and does not help at all when looking for a product.

Loved Georgina!! So helpful. A ray of sunshine in an otherwise rude crowd. Cashier rolled her eyes at at me. Georgina was so kind to help me out as i was ready to walk out. A gem for Lululemon !!! Good seller and a kind heart.
