I found that the gentleman helping at the checkout counter was not very empathetic, cold and not pleasant. I told him about my defective leggings and he kindly sent me for a walk.
I have two leggings broken in the same place (broken seam) and he told me to go see a seamstress because it’s been over a year since I bought them!
It’s still $150 per legging with taxes, so you expect it to last a long time! Really disappointed!!

As an active person who wears these clothes both in and out of the gym, I love coming in, browsing, and always leaving satisfied with my purchase. This brand has been my go-to for as long as I can remember, and it never disappoints.
The quality is superb, the styles are understated yet stylish, and the clothes easily withstand my frequent sweaty workouts and washes. The staff is impressive—helpful, friendly, yet never overbearing. Loyal customer.

Very bad/sad customer experience. I went with my Aligns that I received as a gift in May 2023. They are coming apart at the seams. I've had pants from Lulu last for several years (not Aligns).
They said they longer do repairs in store and that there is nothing they can do. Literally NOTHING. I asked a couple of times if they were sure there was really nothing they could do and they stood by that answer.
I was really disappointed in the level of customer service for the price paid. I never went to Lulu for customer service before and was expecting a lot more. They didn't even offer a small discount on a future purchase. Nothing to make you leave the store happy.
I don't abuse my clothing so if you want $120 pants that last you a little over a year buy the Lulu Aligns.

Really rude staff. I asked a question about the sweat collective because I had been a member since 2009 as a Pilates instructor and I had asked details about the program and the girl working at the changing cabins was extremely condescending. The cashier was not any more helpful and was rude when they couldn’t find my email in the system, which is extremely odd because I made a purchase at Lululemon in Paris recently and never had any issues. Ca ne donne pas envie de continuer à acheter cette marque. Will not going back to this store. A éviter.

It's a bit crowded compared to other stores, but the service attitude is very good and there are many choices in women's small sizes!
