Everytime I come here from Ottawa I am helped by the amazing artist, I forget his name but he is Asian and gay and proud and I LOVE IT! I worked for MAC in ottawa for about 4 years and seeing the same hyped energy and amazing customer service still be offered is the best feeling. I came by to grab the double shot lipstick, and ended up also getting one of the new glow play blushes, I love coming to this MAC store!! Thank you guys for always being so amazing and accommodating. ? #alwaysamacgirl

Went in today for my summer shade purchase of studiofix foundation. I was served by Vincent L who gave me genuine makeup advice, all while making me feel at ease and comfortable. In my over 15 years of purchasing MAC products, Vincent’s honesty and expertise has definitely gone beyond his standard work-related tasks as he offered an “hors-pair” service!

Went in today to change up the lipstick from Dior I've been using for almost 20 years, since I'd heard good things about MAC.Had the best customer service and interaction from Sean. He was patient, super knowledgeable, gave me his expert opinion and helped me make the best choice. Highly recommend.

My visit today at the 770 Saint-Catherine St. W. location was a wonderful experience as Sean, the assistant manager, reaffirmed why I love MAC and their lipsticks in particular. I had a few questions about the latest matte collection - M.A.Cximal Silky Matte - and they were answered with patience and detail that made choosing seamless. The service at this store is impeccable, not only this time, but all the times I've been there in the past. I'll be back - and so should you!

Amazing experience with Sean! Such professional, patient advice, he does not try to sell products at all costs, he listens and adapts to everyone's routines and desires. I was with a friend and he had to take like an hour just for us. Thank you Sean you are a gem!

Honestly my go to when I need my makeup done. Staff is helpful, nice and they can recreate my artistic ideas wonderfully! I also love how their products does not irritate or break out my combo-sensitive skin!
