Buy somewhere else. Liars. Explained that my drill charger did sparks. They said it's your charger. Got a new one. As soon as I plugged the batterie, the new charger sparked and stop working ( 10 minutes after buying) called them, and they said not they're problem. They gave me the number of supplier. And when the supplier called them, they lied. And didn't want to warranty the charger.

I've only had one interaction at this store but the experience was amazing. Sylvain gave me excellent customer service. Repair service was quick. They also helped me sort out a lifetime warranty issue I was having with my tool. Will definitely be returning here.

Gave my tool in to be fixed. He called me that it's ready & they close 5:30 so I asked him if I can come & arrive 5:30 to pick it up, he said yes but not later, so i drove it took half an hour to get there, I finally arrived at 5:28 Bieng nervous the whole way that I should make it, I ran to the door.. But it was dark inside & empty , i called 4 times while standing in front of the locked store, but nothing. I wasted 60 min for nothing.. Really unprofessional, at least call me tell me something. Anything. So frustrating
