Loved my visit to Marshall’s in Montreal Canada. Found their calendar selection excellent. My search for a calendar to start the New Year ended as a result of my visit. Made my purchase. Perfect location for Metro/Underground travel.

Aisles are very narrow despite the store being huge. Also the way they present their items on the tables/shelves makes no sense. Just stack up a bunch of boxes on top of each other. Had to dig and move items just to see what is behind or underneath.

Went there and I just had bought an external battery for my phone upstairs at the winners. Winners forgot to remove the tag and I beeped at the exit of Marshalls. The security guard touched my bag and touched my hand all freaked out I kept explaining him it’s not that big of a deal they just didn’t remove the magnetic tag on the box of the external battery I purchased at Winners and it beeped at Marshalls.
Train your employees better I don’t like being touched and reprimanded like I did something wrong. Why is your employee touching my bag and touching my body? Absolutely disgusting.

I had a very disappointing experience at Marshalls. I went to return an item I had purchased, and even though I had the original receipt, they told me the product wasn’t sold at their store. Every employee I spoke to repeated the same thing, and none of them were helpful or respectful.
After insisting multiple times, they finally gave me a gift card instead of refunding my money. I found the whole experience very frustrating and unprofessional.
