Plus jamais je mettrai les pieds dans un de leur magasin. J’ai été acheté un ensemble de shampooing spécifique et le vendeur finit par me convaincre d’acheter une autre sorte, qui me cause des réactions depuis plus d’une semaine. Le magasin ne veut rien faire pour m’aider et ni leur service à la clientèle. Très mauvais service à la clientèle.

The lady who works today December 18, 2022, incompetence itself. To complete it all, very rude.I was going to buy $150 worth of products and considering that I was going to be stubbornly overcharged and without any excuse, I left with a bill for $32.I will never support this branch (St-Laurent Boulevard) again.

Bad customer service and poor judgment. I asked a saleswoman for a certain product and she made a mistake and gave me another product. I called him to let him know the situation. She tells me to come back to give me the correct product and tells me that she will put a note for the employee. I call back to say that I'm going to come by and another employee tells me it's no problem to come by and that she will add a note since she doesn't see the note of the employee who made the mistake. I pass by and I come across the manager who tells me that it is impossible to exchange the product since it is not sealed. She understands the situation very well but is categorical. This is a great example of a company that is not focused on customer service but on rigid policies. They just lost a regular customer.
