COMPLETE SATISFACTION!!I had chosen to shop “first” at my new store. I had never visited this banner before despite all my purchases from other sleep specialists. What a discovery! From the moment I was welcomed, Patrick listened to me carefully and then questioned me to clearly understand and target my needs and expectations. He answered my questions, took the time and trouble to explain, demonstrate, compare the products and advise me wisely with patience and transparency. No games on words, on prices, on promotions or “advantages” that exclusively the advisor can grant as I have had the experience elsewhere…. His expertise, his professionalism, his honesty and his advice while respecting my best interests were a guarantee of my trust and my order on the spot! For the rest, everything went exactly as he had told me. I appreciated the real-time tracking on my phone and delivery by m. Hotte & his colleague were IMPECCABLE!!They were respectful, professional and efficient! I have rarely seen delivery people stay in close communication with the sales advisor following their visit to the customer... Really, hats off to the whole team!

I loved my experience at Materiel Bonheur. I really liked and appreciated Patrick. After talking to him, he knew right away that it was the kind of mattress I needed. The delivery men arrived on time, kind, smiling and set up my bed correctly. Speak French . Since my new mattress I have had back pain thanks to Patrick's good advice. I bought a zedbed mattress two weeks ago and since then it has dropped by $500 dollars. I really feel like I've been had. I went back to the store to complain to the employee who was smoking his tuxedo outside..the little French guy answered me in a very arrogant way. firstly you smell butch..secondly after having bought 3 mattresses and 9000$ dollars worth of equipment I expect to get good service. If the seller knows that his product is going to go on sale he should advise his customer better. Like wait two weeks..or just give the discount. I am very very disappointed with mattress not in a good mood! I regret my purchase and this is the last time I will do business with them!

What an incredible experience, from the first contact with Lucas (the advisor) the support, the clear and precise explanations for the well-being of my research and to know if the result would be satisfactory, well yes, until the delivery, impeccable, a service that is always so courteous and so empathetic. I am in my second week of Grand Bonheur Fleury and in terms of after-sales service, how can I tell you, there was a little problem, I then communicated with them by telephone and Patrick (the director) was able to answer my questions. expectations and in an expeditious manner, resolved everything in my favor.
