I recently purchased a full latex mattress from Princess Mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The entire experience was fantastic. Sandro was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the options, helping us find the perfect fit for our needs. The latex mattress we selected is incredibly comfortable, offering excellent support while still being soft and breathable. The best service (sales, after-sales) I have ever had!! I am extremely grateful to Sandro for helping me find the right mattress. I was a little discouraged when I went to Matelas Princesse: I had done a 3-month trial for a mattress (with memory foam) from another company, and I had had back pain throughout that time. .
Sandro was very patient and recommended the Zero Gravity Medical Latex mattress to me, which could help me since the Serene foam was much less "sticky" than the memory foam and returned to its shape automatically. He even offered to put a zipper around the mattress, in case I needed to add a layer of foam.
After 1 1/2 months, I had to recall it, since the latex layer was causing discomfort in my lower back. He suggested I reverse the 2 layers (put the Serene foam layer on top, and the latex 2nd).
Some time later, I again experienced discomfort, this time in my upper body. I sent photos to Sandro of my posture, lying on my side. Sandro was once again extremely patient, he advised me to purchase a Serene foam pillow and add 1" of Serene foam to the top of the mattress. It was finally the right formula! The pillow is very comfortable for the neck and side.
I finally went back to the store to buy a mattress cover from the Matelas Princesse brand in bamboo.
I still can't believe how good the service I had from Sandro as well as the delivery guys and accounting staff. Look no further if you are looking for a quality mattress at a very very low price considering the quality of Matelas Princesse products. I recommend!!!!! Thanks, Sandro! :)

Quality mattresses at fair prices. Similar mattresses at national chains go for much higher prices. Definitely recommend going to see them in person if you need a mattress.

Excellent advisory service for a good hour with Sandro. He took the time to listen to our needs and recommend the right mattress. Our choice fell on a latex mattress: a brilliant concept which allowed us to choose a preferred density for each of us. Everyone is happy!! With the 100 day trial we were even able to make a replacement for one of the sides. So once again excellent after-sales service. Thank you Sandro for sharing your expertise with us!

What a find . Six stars ****** for quality , craftsmanship , and comfort . This is a mid sized family owned business for over 35 yrs . They keep costs low due to the fact that they dont advertize on television media . Its all been word of mouth for 35 yrs . They can also custom size special orders , as was mine within 2 weeks . I picked my mattress up on an early saturday morning , having the proprietor help me load my auto . Now thats TLC till the end . Thank you team SandrO .

High class service. Sandro is a gentleman. He takes the time to answer all our questions, even the most in-depth ones, about his products, the origin of his fabrics, his foams and other materials. We had plenty of time to try all the mattress combinations. Finally, in addition to having great products, the prices are super competitive!
I recommend 110% with great pleasure!

Excellent experience at Matelas Princesse. Courteous and professional service. A lot of choices. No sales pressure. Reasonable price for the quality of the product chosen. Local, ecological manufacturing. I have no doubt that we will be happy with our mattress in the long term. I highly recommend! EDIT 1 year later: we really like our mattress! We went back to see Sandro who recommended an excellent option to add even more comfort. With Sandro it is service and after-sales service like no other, generous, honest, focused on quality. Stop looking for where to buy your next mattress, go straight there!
