I received both test results extremely fast (I went at 3 pm for PCR, received the result at 7:15 am the next day despite warning that it might take up to 48h).I had issues with the PCR transaction online and was able to get assistance from their customer service’s online chat within 15 minutes.This business is professional, efficient and customer service oriented.10/10 would recommend!”
