I'm always surprised how much you feel like a thief at the self-checkouts and having to wait to be opened as if every customer is suspect. It really boggles my mind.
I recently moved, I had been going to the Laurier metro for 6 years. Here the prices are clearly more expensive. For the same consumption habits, my basket is ~30% more expensive than at Laurier. We suspect that the boss is spoiling his prices because of the lack of competition around.

I've been coming here for a long time! $200/per week, 9600/year! Being asked to open my bag every time I go there by the same gentleman who thinks he's someone else, it's now over for me. I will go to the IGA in St-Zotique! Baby

Terrible customer service. The manager refused me the price accuracy policy with a 4 day old discount label that had not been removed. According to her, it is 50% the fault of the merchant who did not remove the label and 50% that of the customer who did not read it properly. She came in with this direct speech and a condescending attitude without listening to my side of the story. Knowing very well that I have been a client for a very long time, she prefers to win an argument and save $4 rather than respect her clients and admit their mistake. I left with a very bitter taste and the feeling of not having been respected.

Metro Marcanio, is it intentional to be verbally attacked by the staff of the store that you are closed even though it is only 8:58 p.m.?
I understand that the staff is tired of their day but let's say that it also allows me to remember to never return to your disrespectful business.

Home Delivery: Do not use home delivery services from this metro. While waiting for someone outside, I saw the guy who delivers groceries working. The bags were left in the sun for 20 minutes (while he checked his cell phone). His vehicle being too small to contain everything properly, he took the large plastic bins, obviously very heavy, and stacked them one on top of the other, pressing hard so that they entered the vehicle. If you had a bag of cookies in there, there shouldn't be a single one left intact.

Usually the store is well stocked with a good variety of products, but yesterday when shopping around 18h or 6pm, the store was out of chicken thighs… it was very disappointing and I was forced to shop at the competition. Won’t be wasting my time here again
