Ça fait des mois que j'ai pré commandé des meubles. On m'avait promis que j'allais les recevoir dans maximum 2 semaines. Ça fait plusieurs mois que j'attend les meubles. Jusqu'à maitnenant je n'ai rien. La madame au téléphone n'a pas fait de suivi quand elle a placé la commande avec le fournisseur donc la commande n'était pas placée. Après, elle n'arrête pas de me promettre des dates et le délai n'est jamais respecté. Je suis venu ici pour voir les reviews maintenant et je ne suis pas rassuré après les commentaires que j'ai vu qui disaient que la madame est raciste et qu'elle a un mauvais service à la clientèle. J'ai reçu toutes mes affaires de d'autres magasins et d'autre pays avant les fourinitures de ce magasin qui étaient suposément inventaire. C'est PATHÉTIQUE. Finalement, j'ai reçu mes meubles mais mon expérience était mauvaise.

Prices are affordable. The lady owner at the store is very nice. She explains very well and helps to choose the good products. She gave discount as well. Sectional was slightly damaged and she managed to change that. The delivery guys were very nice & helpful. I will visit the store again. Thank you.
