“I purchased an item online before the holidays that ended up being the last one. It could not be located so they were going to reimburse me but still keep looking for it. Before they got the chance to reimburse it was found and I got my power pack for half price as initially purchased.
Only complaint I have is about the online purchasing through Shopify. 3$ charge extra if you want to insure your delivery. Might be worth it since there is no dedicated parking.”

the gentlemen that do the diagnosis and servicing came back after 2 hours of waiting to tellbme that my phones processor or motherboard had water damage (meaning all my data is lost) but he tried his best trying to revive the phone more than 3 times hence the 2 hours wait, but no results, he came back gave me my phone. He explained what happened and did not charge me for anything as he saw that I was very concerned , I went to buy a new phone and I came back to pay him at least for the servicing and thanked him for his kindness , less people do that he was not willing to take any money from me and was very considerate
I vouch for this store I'm coming back for sure if I have any issues in the future”

“Always get a second opinion guys!! Went to sub tech repairs on Wednesday and I was told within 45 second that my 2 Samsung phones were not worth repairing, just buy a brand new one. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Quick Fix Centre next to my job during my lunch break..Within 5 minutes the person at the counter (representative or owner) found a fix for one of my phone (writing my review from it now?)....and I'm picking my 2nd phone FIXED tomorrow???? Professional, friendly, fast, efficient but most importantly WILLING TO HELP. Go see them, they deliver??”
