He asked thorough questions about how the phone became damaged, and he was super clear about his visual assessments, the next steps, the service being provided, and the fees involved. He came across very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He checked for the part, which was available in stock, and he ended up having my phone fixed within a few hours. The phone was working perfectly again after the service. The inspection fees and the repair fees were very reasonable, and the overall experience was super pleasant. If you run into issues with your phone or devices, I'd highly you give Revive a try.”

“I purchased an item online before the holidays that ended up being the last one. It could not be located so they were going to reimburse me but still keep looking for it. Before they got the chance to reimburse it was found and I got my power pack for half price as initially purchased.
Only complaint I have is about the online purchasing through Shopify. 3$ charge extra if you want to insure your delivery. Might be worth it since there is no dedicated parking.”

“Excellent & fast service , the person who served me was very welcoming, didn't had the screen of that model the day I came by so he told me he'll called me when he will received it and got it the next day for me and went there during my break, quick service and friendly staff ❤

I also bought new earbuds and usb charger at their store and the sound is ok, price good and for it's quality and the distant between my phone to my earphones can't go very far but it's fine aside of that.

the gentlemen that do the diagnosis and servicing came back after 2 hours of waiting to tellbme that my phones processor or motherboard had water damage (meaning all my data is lost) but he tried his best trying to revive the phone more than 3 times hence the 2 hours wait, but no results, he came back gave me my phone. He explained what happened and did not charge me for anything as he saw that I was very concerned , I went to buy a new phone and I came back to pay him at least for the servicing and thanked him for his kindness , less people do that he was not willing to take any money from me and was very considerate
I vouch for this store I'm coming back for sure if I have any issues in the future”
