Well located store and they have a lot of stuff. The prices sometimes seem slightly inflated to me, like any pet store after all. The staff is amazing! Always helpful.

I have long been a loyal customer of this store, but recently I have noticed a noticeable decrease in the variety of products offered. The quality, which was once impeccable, no longer seems to be up to previous standards. Additionally, return policies, which were previously very accommodating, have become strict and complicated, similar to those found in some European stores. Before, I could try on items at home and return them within a week without any problem. Now every return feels like an obstacle course, even when the item is in perfect condition and all tags are intact. I don't understand why it would be impossible to make a return under these conditions. This development is truly disappointing and significantly diminishes my appreciation of the store.

A cute pet shop near Jean Talon market where we can find everything specially dogs and cats. I went to ask them about something for fishes unfortunately they don't have! The employee was very nice and friendly.
