Nautilus Plus Plateau is an excellent gym at a very fair price. It is a nice, clean gym where the changing areas and showers are super clean. The staff is always pleasant, friendly, helpful, welcoming, and smiling. The gym is well-equipped with a wide range of equipment for a variety of needs, from cardio to heavy weight training. It features a unique selection of machines, including the full range of Keiser machines and Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment, with a good proportion of upper to lower body machines. There are multiple adjustable pulleys and dumbbells that go up to 135lbs. The gym is relatively small and located in a densely populated area, which means it can get really busy and packed, especially during peak evening hours between 5 and 7 PM. At these times, the benches can feel quite close quarters. Some equipment is older but is maintained okay and generally quite clean. The opening hours are long throughout the week, which is convenient, though some reviewers wish it closed a bit later at night and on Saturdays. Overall, it is a very well-regarded gym that members enjoy training at.

Probably one of my favorite location from Nautilus gyms. Staff are friendly, the gym as had everything you need and the machines are in great shape ( don’t know why people complain in the reviews ) . The only thing I wish they had is a sauna but not a big deal there s other Nautilus locations for that.
