Very disappointed with Nespresso. I ordered a birthday gift to Winnipeg, but it was wrongly delivered to me in Vancouver. Customer service gave no apology, no compensation, and now I have to return the heavy package myself. Terrible service for a brand that claims to be premium.

I just had a phone call due to a package never being delivered- this issue was quickly resolved and I was able to get a replacement package of the product I ordered.

Nespresso Cust service stinks! They're recycling process is broken and after 9 months they ignore the issue. They don't pickup pods. Fleet Optics ignores the pickup process. I have 54 bags and counting. Canceling my account. Switching to a better drip coffee.
