I like the Nike Factory Store because they always have some nice little discounts on cool merchandise! Bought some of my fall/winter coats over there & I'm satisfied! You won't find a lot of options for boys sadly, so that's why it's not a 5 stars review

Good store, bad customer service. Bought a pair back in March, which started to slight fall apart after 2-3 months of regular wear and tear. Shopping again in the same store in August and I happened to be wearing the shoes i bought in March and i asked the associate there if these shoes in these conditions are eligible for refund or exchange and the manger said yes but come in again but bring the shoes in a bag or box (dont be wearing them), I also asked him if i need to bring in the receipt and he specifically told me no, just the shoes and dont be wear them. So i go again after 2-3 weeks, shoes in a box, no receipt, but this time there is a different person and he tells me the shoes are eligible, but bring a receipt. So I visited the store again after a few weeks, shoes in a box, with the receipt, again a different guy. Now this person says sorry these shoes are not eligible for return. I told him that 3-4 other associates and managers have already looked at these and said they are eligible but he just wouldn't listen and treated me as if I was just someone trying to scam them. The first time i asked the associate i was just there to shop and casually asked him, and he said yup they are eligible, that is the only reason why i went back to get them refunded.Again, I am a regular customer of Nike, i think they make great shoes but need to improve on customer service, at least be consistent with what they say so that the customer isn't bothered.

What’s with those waiting lines when clearly the store is pretty empty?!That’s just ridiculous.. and it’s like that in all Nike stores (the only store i know still living in the pandemics)

Price is not bad . But today on 27/aug/ 2023 I did purchase likes almost 500$ from this store but unfortunately the door man was so impolite and so cheap .my wife and my kids were calling me from inside store but he didn’t let me go inside.

I really like this store and the environment inside and outside.The workers are very nice and helpful.The prices are good compared to the quality. Moreover there are always a lot of sales and new collections.I really liked their 'dri-fit' collection and their jackets.I actually bought a nike red dri-fit jacket, a Jordan red t shirt, a black and white nike shorts and white long Nike socks.There's a big parking lot outside too.Thanks for reading my review, I really appreciate it, and thanks for the good Nike service!!

Overall great store, there’s a lot of good or surprising deals. But some clothes sizes are more harder to get than other. You should at least go once.

Good store for running shoe shopping .. big, good options.But the service was...well. no service !!! Bad bad..I had a good service in the cashier
