Good morning! I want to describe my experience with the Nissan car dealership in Jean Talon! One Friday of the month, my car would no longer start), I called Nissan Canada and explained the situation with my car, which was parked in the Montreal airport parking lot. The operator told me that I had to wait until Monday to bring my car to the Nissan garage in Jean Talon. Parking at the airport costs money, but I left the car there because as of Friday evening the car dealership was no longer open! And what do you think? Monday morning, I was unable to contact this car dealership to resolve the coverage situation. It took me three days to wait for service at Nissan! and when I arrived at Jean Talon I was refused a temporary car!Eventually! I wasted 3 days waiting for service and paid for parking at the airport, spent money to move to hire a driver with a car) during those few years when I was paying for coverage, I realized that I paid for the plane but not for the service! in general they charged me 400 dollars to replace a battery part for 400 dollars))) and that was after 3 years of paying for coverage! thank you Nissan

Thank you to my sales rep. Renato for taking great care of me every step of the way. From lease to purchase, the Nissan Gabriel team guided me through all processes in a professional manner placing my needs at the top list of priorities. They even helped me with errors committed by my financing company which is an entirely different department. Great service. Highly recommended.

Lousy sales service. A seller who is disrespectful, not ready and does not know how to answer simple questions from a customer should not answer the phone or be in direct contact with customers. I will choose another place for my purchase

Rarely the shuttle is available. You can wait up to two hours and the shuttle never arrives.

Spoke the first time with Sam on a Sunday started looking into deals didn't work out.Thursday morning 9:37 a.m. called me the he has a solid deal for me I arrived there 12:30pm and at 1:00pm I was out after my deposit Friday was the deliveryIf you want someone good that cares for you, for your pocket, call Sam he will take good care of you and give you an excellent service he will make sure that you are satisfied

The shop has nice people but whoever is in charge of the pricing is a scammer. I got charged $500 and my car still did not work. Spoke with the mechanic and he said he figured his job would not do the trick, I asked why the labour why he gave me back the car then and why I was charged for 3 hours of labour when there was near zero work done and he said he could not tell me why.Brought my car to a different shop and they corrected the problem for $30 + parts $10 = $40 total.Also, good luck ever having them call you back. I had my car stolen and recovered a few months before this incident and had to have an evaluation done and my insurance agent as well as myself were unable to get in touch with the bodyshop to talk about my claim for 2 weeks before I brought my car somewhere else. Still have not heard back from them after 6 vms from myself and who knows how many emails and call from my insurance agent. Should've learnt my lesson the first time not to go back.

I brought my car in with a light bulb problem, which I mentioned to the front desk, and with an engine problem, which I didn't mention, because I knew they would scan the car with their computer and surely see the problem. So when they called and said we need to do this, this and this in the engine, I said yes. It cost me 1500 CAD.Except that in two days I saw that the engine problem was still there.Back to the garage. Repair for another 1500 CAD!In 2-3 weeks, the little lamp I mentioned above is lit again.Back to the garage. He tells me, I need to change the battery.I'm going to the garage on the side. He checks the battery. She is 95% good!You understand who you are dealing with when you come to this garage!
