There's a toy store a block down called Joubec - go there instead. Ojeux has the worst return policy I've seen. Exchange period is extremely short - unless you buy the gift last minute, the recipient won't be able to exchange it, forget getting a refund. The store manager will look for any excuse to refuse exchange as well. We got a gift for $30 that basically went down the drain. I've made the mistake of shopping her before but will now go to Joubec only.

Ooooooooh! Lorsque je vois ou entends le mot jeu.. ça me tire les oreilles, ça c'est certain! J'en ai vu beaaaaaucoup de boutique dédiée au passe-temps.. mais lorsque le commis m'a dit de descendre l'étage.. jamais je n'avais vu d'autres commerce s'ouvrir de cette façon au casse-tête! Wooooow! C'est ici que j'ai appris que certaines marques de puzzle ont une valeur de revente intéressante! Voilà!

An experience as disappointing as it was unusual.The young salesman prides himself on making customers leave 15 minutes before closing time. So unacceptable and not commercial. Unparalleled arrogance, this salesman has no place in this store where salespeople usually do a great job! He has not responded to requests for advice and puts pressure on customers when there is time to go shopping in the remaining time.Hoping the manager hears this message!
