Never again will buy from Old Navy here. Manager has a very condescending attitude. Please promote the cashier as she's more understanding and caring to the customers.

POOR ONLINE SERVICE - I recently placed an order for $70 online, and I was robbed just because their delivery person did not indicate my full address or my contact details. Here I pay dearly for the theft of my order in addition to 1h30 of waiting in customer service to reach someone who tells me there is nothing we can do at the moment!!!! Frankly.

I had great service from a smiling and welcoming young girl.
The store is large, beautiful and clean (note that there is an accessible toilet for customers in the fitting room; just for that I would add 2 stars!!!)
Lots of clothing on sale. Wide choice for women, men & children.
I highly recommend ! First and not the last visit.

Looks like all old, unsold clothes from other branches are dumped here. You might find 1 or 2 hidden gems if you're lucky. Sometimes you'll find $9-$15 plain (thin) clothes when on sale. But that's about it.Clean, well maintained and friendly employees though.I'd skip.
