While some items could still use a bit of improvement in quality, the brand continues to stand out by providing excellent value for the price

NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR INDIGENOUS PEOPLE!
Treated me like a criminal for trying to use my status, called multiple managers and employees at one point there were four people trying to “help” me.
I was beyond disappointed and ashamed, they made me feel like exercising. My rights was some kind of punishment to them.
I will not be back.

This is the worst old navy I’ve ever been to.its was messy, I’m sure they are understaffed. They had the smallest women’s section and very poor size availability. Neither me of my partner who have completely different sizes could find our size in any of the clothes we liked.

The store was quite disorganized. Items were scattered everywhere, and nothing seemed to be displayed properly. While I get that sale items can end up in a jumble, even the new stock was mixed in. I've visited other Old Navy outlets, and they manage to keep their displays much better.

Great store I walked in and gave it a try they have decent clothes.However the reason why I Decided to walk out cuz me and my girlfriend decided to go try set of pants for me and the tall black girl employee at the trying room was super rude and disrespectful , first accused us of skipping the line while we were literally standing there for 5 mins just the 2 of us and then other people got in and second she preceded to talk in the most disrespectful disgusting attitude even after I tried the pants and gave them back. Idk if I was talking to a normal employee here or the queen of England ,Im missing out on anything here, but i hope someone gets to talk to her and correct that unpleasant attitude.If one of my employees was to treat my customers like that , I would fire their *as on the spot. Let’s try to do betterThx!

Old Navy is reasonably priced and quality isnt that bad , for kids it's great as they'll grow out of it before it ruins . You'll occasionally find the outlandishly price item that no one ever buys there but that's standard for all retail stores I guess.
