Bad customer service, order processing and product quality sucks. Very bad experience with this company! I pre-ordered (and paid for) a coat online in October, which was supposed to arrive at the beginning of January and which I finally received 1 month later....The coat's zip was impossible to close ( (it's still a coat for over $500), so I returned it a month ago and I'm still waiting for my refund!!! It makes absolutely no sense. For all other companies, refunds are processed between 2 and 5 days max. This is my first time writing a Google review...but, I think it's important to say it.

This company has no customer service, I have been trying to contact them by email or by phone for 2 weeks, no response or message.I am stuck with 2 items that I need to return. I suggest no one at this time order through their site.

Worst customer service! Don't answer the phone, don't respond to email and don't respond to messenger! When you manage to get in touch with someone on the phone, no help is offered and they tell me that they are really overwhelmed... as if it was up to me, the customer, to take into consideration the fact that 'They're busy. There is no tracking when there is a problem with a web order! They told me that a manager would call me back to follow up on my situation, I'm still waiting...

The product quality is exceptionally high, and their ski jackets are very comfortable. Although response times are longer the costumer service is great, and they go above and beyond to fix problems.

Great boutique and well-designed products. I was happy to find that they now have the cycling clothes from the canadian brand Peppermint. That allowed me to try them before buying them. The staff is attentive and gives you great recommendations. They also propose a monthly ride in the Mont Royal, too bad that I do not own a race bike to participate.
